1. Leadership- means that they will help guide and show you the right way. If you ever need help, they will be willing to do so and make sure you have everything you need. This is important to me because my current jobs leadership is not like that. I always have to fight for help and when I do get it, they look at you like you are dumb. I would love a job that doesn’t have toxic leadership. Not all the leadership is bad but most. 2. Education- means that you are always learning new skills and seeking to better yourself. This is important to me because I am currently in school so I can get a better position in my company so I no longer have to work 12 shifts and work holidays. Working my job helped show me how important school really was in life.
